OBITUARY of WM Leon A MAJ

Of Lackawanna, age 96, entered into rest November 5, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Irene Maj; devoted father of Christine and Ronald (late Terri) Maj; cherished grandfather of Douglas (Kimberlee) Gorecki, Keith (Kimberly) Gorecki, Glen (Samantha) Gorecki, Rachel Maj and Matthew Maj; great-grandfather of Wyatt, Camden and Cooper; loving son of the late Joseph and Catherine Maj; dear brother of Stanley, Mary Ann and Florence. Leon was a WW II Navy Veteran. He was a Past Master of the Casimir Pulaski Lodge F. & A.M. and a current member of the Charles W. Cushman Lodge F. & A.M. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Sunday, from 4-8 PM, where a Masonic Service will be held at 7:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Church, 3319 Lake Shore Road, Woodlawn, on Monday morning, at 9:30 o’clock (please assemble at church). The OBITUARY of WM MICKEY YASKOW

November 2, 2020. Beloved husband of Kristine (Tina) (Chodkowski) Yaskow; dearest father of Jeffrey Yaskow and Jennifer (Mike) Jurek; fond grandfather of Brittany, Michael and Leah; brother of the late Charles (Lora) and Ronald (Judy) Yaskow; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present Thursday, 2-7 PM at the ORLOWSKI SUCHOCKI FUNERAL HOME, 4929 Broadway, Depew. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11 AM at St. John Vianney Church, Southwestern Blvd., please assemble at church. Michael was the worshipful master of Charles W. Cushman Lodge 879, a Veteran of Vietnam War and a member of Hank Nowak Post 45 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 113. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mickey’s name to Hospice, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga. Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed.

Born to the late Carlo and Mary (nee Gallina) Mascio; devoted father of Lisa Mascio; cherished grandfather of Anthony John and Mekenzie Ann; loving brother of four brothers and five sisters; also survived by many nieces and nephews. CARLSON – J. Richard “Dick” April 7, 2020. Husband of the late Nina Larkin Carlson; father of David (Shari) Carlson and the late James Carlson; also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and nieces; dear friend of Sarah Jane. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Schlifke) Augustine; devoted father of Keith (Sarah Peterson) Augustine, Katie Augustine, Kerrie (Matthew) Dunning and Gail Augustine; loving grandfather of Andrew, Jonathan, Madeline, Kamden, Cooper, Eleanor, Allison and Courtney; dear brother of Patricia Augustine, Theodore (Suzanne) Augustine and Susan (Donald) Bartholomew; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
